Update Lesson#

Updates a lesson. description is stored as content. If only lesson_thumbnail is sent (no title), the thumbnail is replaced (jpeg/png/jpg/gif, max 10 MB) and the response is { thumbnail_url }. A full update accepts a 2 MB thumbnail. Requires manage-knowledge-hub-lessons.
